and as soon as they made it into the room the shoutingmstarted, astrid triedmto calm him down; it never seemed to work. She had to keep saying sorry until he'd finally threw her onto the bed and left the room, her eyes were squeezed shut, her bruised arm in pain and not only that

alfie was walking down the corridor when he noticed tom leaving a room looking pretty angry. he cautiously walked past the door, peeking his head in bc i decided it was open, "astrid?" he said quietly. he frowned when he saw the state she was in, "jesus love, what happened?"

"Oh love, believe me I'm not flattering myself." He smirked, shaking his head with a chuckle, playing with the screw in the wood of the bench.
"Thankyou, same to you love" did he jjust-"fuck. Sorry didnt mean to call you that. Habit" he muttered, before ordering himself and the boy a drink.
She was hugging the pillow and bawling her eyes out into it, whn she noticed alfie she knew this couldn't get any worse. "Nothing, just please, please go." She said in a muffled voice.

He laughed at her, "god, you're lovely. Aren't you love?" He asked, looking back up at her with a smirk. Jamie couldn't help but stare back at her, then looking back down and trying to take the screw out

"Alfie q please don't, you'll cause more problems. I beg you please leave" she croaked out eventhough she wanted him here, she couldn't. If she did, she'd get attatched again and if tom saw, it'd be the end of alfie and astrid.
